The provision of the Service requires the execution of transactions using a digital credit system. The User must top up their virtual wallet with monetary funds to acquire credits. These credits are subsequently consumed based on the specific pricing (credit cost per generation) displayed within the platform before each generation. The Provider grants the User access to the platform and its tools on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Provider does not guarantee that the generated AI content will meet the specific aesthetic, artistic, or commercial expectations of the User. The Provider reserves the right to modify, update, temporarily suspend, or permanently discontinue individual features, tools, or parts of the Service at any time to ensure system stability, security, or due to changes made by third-party infrastructure providers.
